Who we are

TariffReady ("we", "us") is operated by Business Safety Coaching International Sp. z o.o., Romana Dmowskiego 22/112, 43-100 Tychy, Poland, NIP PL6463026358 (the "data controller"). You can reach us at support@bsci.coach.

What we collect and why

Email address — if you join the early-access list, we store the email you provide, with a timestamp. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Purpose: emailing you about TariffReady's availability and product updates. Nothing else, no third-party marketing.
Technical logs — our infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, EU region) keeps short-lived standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) for security and error diagnosis. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or sell data to anyone.

Where your data lives

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the European Union. AWS acts as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If TariffReady doesn't launch, the list will be deleted within 12 months. Technical logs are retained for up to 90 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time — just email support@bsci.coach. We respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or the Polish UODO.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Material changes affecting the early-access list will be communicated by email.
