Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TariffReady (the "Service") is operated by Business Safety Coaching International Sp. z o.o., Romana Dmowskiego 22/112, 43-100 Tychy, Poland, NIP PL6463026358 ("we", "us"). Contact: support@bsci.coach.

2. What the Service does — and what it doesn't

TariffReady generates pricing estimates for e-commerce sellers: suggested HS code classifications, estimated US import duties and surcharges, and recommended US prices computed from the listing data you upload.

All outputs are estimates intended to support your own pricing decisions. They are not customs, tax, legal or financial advice, and we are not a customs broker.
Final duties are determined by US customs authorities and collected by your shipping carrier. HS code suggestions must be reviewed by you; you remain responsible for the prices you set and the customs information you declare.
Tariff rules change frequently. Estimates reflect the data available at the time you run the Service.
TariffReady is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.

3. Pricing

The Service costs €29 (one-time) per shop, which includes unlimited re-runs for the same shop through August 9, 2026. Prices include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

4. Refunds & EU right of withdrawal

14-day money-back guarantee: if the Service doesn't work for your shop — your CSV can't be processed, the report is unusable, or it otherwise fails to do what this page says — email support@bsci.coach within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
EU/EEA consumers: by purchasing you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU once delivery has begun. The 14-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless, so you are not worse off.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.
We do not refund losses claimed to result from pricing decisions, customs charges, or platform fees — see Sections 2 and 6.

5. Your data

The listing CSV you upload is processed to generate your report and is not sold or shared with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for details on personal data.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, customs penalties, carrier charges, or marketplace fee changes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

7. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no attempts to disrupt it, resell it without our consent, or upload files you have no right to use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law; courts of Tychy, Poland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules and competent courts of your country of residence.

9. Changes

If these terms change materially, the date above is updated; purchases are governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.
